Start with Chapter One to follow the authors’ argument. For an overview, read the story guide. The 3D journey follows the proposed events in chronological order, drawing passages from across the seven chapters.
The chapter reader preserves the authors’ Vision Edition text. Recreated diagrams, 35 stops in 3D and credited research images help you explore its ideas. The animations illustrate the proposed sequence; the research pages identify source observations and model assumptions.
The Tharp ocean-floor globe and published PALEOMAP globe remain separate references. Their maps and dates retain their own context alongside the book’s proposed history.
This website reproduces the retained Vision Edition. The original recording follows its own edition. Chapters One through Three have guided scene cues matched to the narration and linked to the Vision Edition passages. The original site also carries its own research edition.
Open the first chapter, keep the map nearby, and follow the authors’ account from its starting point.
The existing recording is available here alongside the updated chapter reader and 3D walk.
